## About the Role

* Solution Architecture, Technical Leadership, and Project Management expertise with a proven track record in delivering scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise solutions.
 * Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OVH).
 * Extensive full-stack development experience using Java, Python, Spring Boot, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Angular, and React.
 * Proficient in designing, developing, and securing RESTful APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
 * Skilled in database design, data modelling, SQL development, and relational database management systems (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL).
 * Hands-on experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, SDLC, Docker, Kubernetes, observability, and Site Reliability Engineering practices.
 * Strong understanding of security principles, networking concepts, architecture governance, and technical documentation standards.
 * Experience with legal document automation and AI-assisted development tools.
 * Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, conduct code reviews, and drive end-to-end solution delivery.
 * Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Lean Agile, PRINCE2, and PMBOK methodologies, with strong capabilities in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and governance.
 * Advanced user of JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence, and SharePoint, with extensive experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and executive reporting

CERTIFICATES:

 * Optional: One of the following or an equivalent certification: PM², Project Management Professional (PMP), or PRINCE2., * Strong problem-solving and solution design skills, focused on scalable and sustainable architectures.
 * Effective communicator with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
 * Proven leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and team mentoring capabilities.
 * Results-driven professional able to balance strategic vision, delivery priorities, and risk management.
 * Adaptable and collaborative, with experience in international and multicultural environments.
 * Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English.

Language knowledge: English B2+

Office: Brussels (Belgium), far-site service provision with possible onsite presence as deemed necessary during the execution of specific contract.

Minimum level of qualification: Master's degree and 10 years of experience or 17 years of experience.
