Verantwortung für den Support, die Auslieferung und die Installation von Client-PCs, Laptops und Druckern, inkl. des physikalischen Anschlusses der Hardware Durchführung von Fehlerdiagnosen remote und vor Ort Verantwortung für die Störungsbehebung und Neuinstallationen von Geräten sowie die Behebung von Hardwareproblemen und eigenständige Reparatur der Multifunktionssysteme Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmetests sowie kontinuierliche Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur und Unterstützung bei Rollouts, IT-Umzügen und Migrationen
