* Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden zu IT-Produkten und -Dienstleistungen - telefonisch, per E-Mail und persönlich
 * Verkauf von IT-Lösungen - von Hardware über Software bis zu individuellen Servicepaketen
 * Erstellung von Angeboten, Aufträgen und Vertragsunterlagen sowie Nachverfolgung offener Angebote
 * Pflege von Kundendaten im CRM-System sowie Dokumentation aller Vertriebsaktivitäten
 * Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Vertriebsaktionen und Teilnahme an Messen oder Kundenevents
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Team bei der Lösungsfindung für Kundenanfragen
