Konzeption und Planung von System-Infrastrukturen Übernahme des 2nd Level Supports sowie Unterstützung der Kunden bei komplexen Fragestellungen im IT-Umfeld Konfiguration sowie Installation von neuer Hard- und Softwaresystemen Verantwortung für die Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen und der damit verbunden Dokumentationen Unterstützung bei der Konzeptionierung und Migration von Sicherheitslösungen, inkl. Planung und Umsetzung von eigenen IT-Projekten
