## About the Role

* Practical experience in software testing or quality assurance.
 * Understanding of test planning, defect reporting and software development processes.
 * Familiarity with AI-powered applications and their limitations.
 * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
 * Ability to document findings clearly and communicate with technical colleagues.
 * Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent practical experience.

Desirable skills

 * Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
 * API testing experience using Postman.
 * Basic knowledge of SQL.
 * Familiarity with Selenium, Cypress or Playwright.
 * Experience testing chatbots, generative AI systems or workflow automation.

## Description

You will work with developers and project teams to assess software quality, identify defects and ensure applications meet agreed requirements before delivery., * Review client requirements and prepare test plans, test cases and acceptance criteria.

 * Test AI chatbots, AI-powered applications and automated business workflows.
 * Carry out functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.
 * Assess AI responses against defined criteria for accuracy, relevance and consistency.
 * Test unusual inputs, error handling and scenarios where AI produces incorrect or unsupported responses.
 * Check integrations between AI services, applications, APIs and databases.
 * Identify, reproduce and document defects, with clear steps and supporting evidence.
 * Work with developers to investigate issues, verify fixes and prevent recurring problems.
 * Test access permissions and handling of sensitive information against project requirements.
 * Maintain testing records and report on quality, unresolved defects and release readiness.
 * Support client acceptance testing and delivery of agreed project milestones.
