## Description

Join our IT services team as an IT Technician and play an important role in supporting, maintaining, and improving clients' IT systems and computer facilities. In this role, you will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help ensure that IT systems operate reliably and efficiently. You will also assist with IT consultancy activities, system maintenance, network management, and the implementation of technology solutions to meet business requirements.  * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, workstations, printers, and other IT equipment to ensure reliable operation.
 * Assist with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including computer networks, servers, storage systems, and network connectivity.
 * Monitor computer facilities and IT systems to identify performance issues, minimise downtime, and ensure business continuity.

 * Assist with IT consultancy projects by assessing client requirements and recommending suitable hardware, software, and system improvements.
 * Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations to maintain secure and organised IT environments.
 * Perform routine system checks, software updates, data backups, and maintenance tasks to support the smooth operation of computer facilities.
