## About the Role

* Proven experience in CRM, business analysis, client analytics or a related role.
 * Strong experience using CRM, sales, service or client-engagement platforms.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred, alongside the ability to learn new systems quickly.
 * Proven ability to gather requirements, map processes and translate business needs into practical CRM improvements.
 * Experience producing reports, dashboards and client insights, including conducting data audits.
 * Strong analytical skills with a focus on CRM data quality, accuracy and continuous improvement.
 * Confident stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills; experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI tools or financial services is advantageous.

## Description

* Act as a key CRM contact for cross-functional and regional client-facing teams.
 * Partner with stakeholders to streamline processes, improve user experience and increase CRM adoption.
 * Support requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, system releases and CRM enhancements.
 * Produce dashboards, reports and alerts that turn CRM data into actionable business insights.
 * Analyse user behaviour, client engagement and pipeline activity to identify improvement opportunities.
 * Maintain data accuracy, completeness and consistency while supporting governance and regulatory standards.
 * Optimise CRM processes, document future-state requirements and support delivery with product and technology teams.
