## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbar
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (PMI oder IPMA)
 * Erfahrung als Teil einer PMO-Organisation in einem SAP-Transformationsprojekt
 * Kenntnisse agiler Entwicklungsmethoden, z.B. Scrum und Kanban, ein vertrauter Umgang mit Jira und / oder Confluence sowie Erfahrung mit dem SAP-Solution-Manager
 * Lösungs- und Geschäftsorientierung, Führungsstärke sowie Team- und Konfliktmanagementfähigkeiten
 * Selbständiges Arbeiten mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
 * Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Kooperations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

## Description

* Sicherstellung einheitlicher Projektmanagementstandards und -qualität
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen und proaktive Überwachung der Budgets
 * Unterstützung der Projektleiter*innen und Teams beispielsweise durch die Koordination und Moderation von Workshops und Meetings
 * Organisation und Aufrechterhaltung der Kommunikationswege innerhalb des Programms, Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Sicherstellung der Nachverfolgung von Aktivitäten sowie Erstellung und Steuerung des Reifegrad- und Statusmanagements
 * Überwachung der Risiken und des Managements von Änderungsanträgen in Bezug auf Umfang, Aufwand und Fortschritt sowie Schnittstelle zum Controlling und Bereitstellung relevanter Beiträge und Unterstützung
