Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik oder vergleichbar

## Description

* Mitarbeit in komplexen Kundenprojekten als Principal / Lead Fullstack Entwickler:in
 * Konzeption, Design und Umsetzung moderner Softwarelösungen im Frontend, Backend oder Fullstack
 * Verantwortung für Architekturentscheidungen innerhalb von Projekten sowie für übergreifende technische Richtungsentscheidungen
 * Maßgebliche Mitgestaltung der technologischen Ausrichtung des eTeams sowie aktive Weiterentwicklung unserer technischen Standards und Best Practices
 * Technische Führung von Projektteams und Übernahme einer zentralen Rolle als technisches Kundenfrontend
 * Begleitung des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses im agilen Team
 * Schätzung von Projektaufwänden sowie technische Bewertung von Lösungsansätzen
 * Technische Beratung unserer Kund:innen
 * Wissenstransfer, fachliches Mentoring und inhaltliche Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Teams
 * Inhaltliche Unterstützung beim Recruiting, z. B. durch fachliche Interviews oder technisches Sparring
 * Mitarbeit an Aufwandsschätzungen und technischer Begleitung von Projektausschreibungen
