## About the Role

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in komplexen SAP-Projekten im Bereich Sales & Distribution / Order to Cash, idealerweise im Rahmen von SAP S/4HANA-Transformationen
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP SD (z. B. Angebots- und Auftragsabwicklung, Pricing, Lieferung, Faktura) sowie ein gutes Verständnis der O2C-Prozesskette
 * Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Retail wie POS Ver- und Endsorgung und Aktionen
 * Sicher in Anforderungsaufnahme, Prozessmodellierung sowie der Übersetzung von Businessanforderungen in technische Konzepte
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke, Führungskompetenz sowie Freude an der Lösung komplexer Fragestellungen
 * Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Reisebereitschaft und Teamgeist im internationalen Umfeld

## Description

* Analyse, Design und Optimierung von Order-to-Cash-Prozessen im SAP S/4HANA Umfeld (insbesondere SAP SD)

 * Leitung und Steuerung internationaler End-to-End SAP-Transformationsprojekte inklusive Verantwortung für Lösung, Qualität, Budget und Teamführung

 * Konzeption und Umsetzung maßgeschneiderter SAP-Lösungen in den Bereichen Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) sowie angrenzenden End-to-End-Prozessen

 * Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Design-, Prozess- und Fit-to-Standard-Workshops mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern

 * Aktive Mitwirkung beim Ausbau unserer SD/O2C-Expertise sowie Unterstützung in Presales- und Angebotsprozessen, inklusive eigenverantwortlicher Erstellung komplexer Angebote
