## Description

As IT Continuity process & reporting officer, you join the enthusiastic and multidisciplinary IT Continuity Strategy & ICRO team

Together, you are responsible to ensure our Bank ability to react to a critical failure of an application or a datacenter.

You collaborate to the embedding of rules defined by Regulators such as the European Central Bank, Belgium National Bank & our Group Policies.

Regulatory & Group Compliance

 * Ensure the IT Continuity process remains up-to-date and aligned with regulatory requirements
 * Proactively review changes in requirements with Group representatives and adapt processes accordingly.

Audit & Control Support

 * Participate in the execution of audits and control plans, ensuring evidence is complete, accurate, and timely.
 * Follow up on findings, ensuring remediation actions are tracked and closed within deadlines.

Risk & Gap Mitigation

 * Monitor and support the implementation of risk mitigation plans.
 * Ensure corrective actions are prioritized, documented, and validated with stakeholders.

Validation of IT Disaster Recovery (DR) Deliverables

Review and validate IT Disaster Recovery reports.

Approve changes to application continuity levels in alignment with business impact analyses.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

 * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to be presented on various boards and shared with regulators.
 * Ensure reporting is clear, actionable, and compliant with internal/external expectations.
