The role will act as a key interface between Oxoid Remel, the seller service organization, internal stakeholders and system-integrator partners, ensuring incidents, requests, changes, service levels, consumption, billing and escalations are managed effectively. This is a hands-on build-to-run role requiring strong IT service-management fundamentals, commercial awareness and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, private-equity-owned carve-out environment. As TSA services are exited, the role will evolve toward ongoing service delivery and vendor management for Oxoid Remel's standalone IT provider landscape. You will help protect business continuity across Oxoid Remel's Global operations while the standalone IT landscape is established. You will create disciplined service governance, hold providers to agreed service levels, drive timely resolution of critical incidents and escalations, maintain transparency over service performance and cost, and coordinate the service-by-service exit from TSA dependencies. Your work will establish the operating routines, controls and provider relationships required for sustainable service delivery after separation. What You Will Do Service Delivery & Operational Governance * Act as the primary Global service-delivery interface between Oxoid Remel and the seller service organization for IT services delivered under the TSA. * Chair regular service operations reviews covering open incidents and requests, P1 / major and security incidents, SLA exceptions, problem themes and upcoming provider changes. * Prepare service-performance and TSA governance reporting for senior IT leadership, providing clear visibility of service health, risks, actions and decisions required. * Own major service escalations end-to-end and hold providers accountable to agreed response, restoration and resolution targets. * Maintain effective operational relationships with business stakeholders and ensure service issues with material business impact are communicated and managed appropriately. TSA, SLA & Commercial Management * Own and maintain the relevant TSA service catalogue, SLA scorecards and service-performance measures. * Route and track TSA-related changes through the agreed change-control process, maintaining discipline over scope and avoiding unnecessary extension or deepening of TSA dependencies. * Monitor knowledge-transfer allocations and change-request consumption against agreed budgets and contractual limits. * Partner with IT Finance and other stakeholders to reconcile service consumption and monthly billing, investigate variances and support resolution of disputes. * Maintain clear records of service obligations, dependencies, risks, extension rights and commercial actions required across the transition. Service Transition & TSA Exit * Maintain the Global TSA dependency register and coordinate service-by-service exit activities with the Separation Program and relevant technology workstreams. * Ensure operational knowledge, documentation, support procedures, ownership and escalation paths are captured before each service hand-off. * Work with system-integrator partners and internal technology teams to support transition readiness, cutover and stabilization of replacement services. * Track service-exit risks, dependencies and readiness criteria, escalating gaps that could affect business continuity or planned TSA exit dates. * Support stabilization after transition and ensure new providers and internal teams assume clear operational accountability. Vendor Management, Controls & Continuous Improvement * Evolve the service-management model from TSA governance into ongoing service delivery and vendor management for Oxoid Remel's standalone provider landscape. * Develop scalable and standardized service-management processes, with a focus on clear ownership, measurable performance, strong controls and practical governance. * Monitor provider performance against contracts and SLAs, identify recurring service issues and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement. * Partner with IT, Security, Finance and business teams to improve service processes, reporting, data quality and operational resilience. * Support the development of service-management standards, governance routines and management information appropriate for a standalone, regulated global business.
