Must Have Skill

C#,Critical Manufacturing-MES, * Semiconductor, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences experience.

 * Multi-site/global MES deployment experience.
 * Critical Manufacturing certification preferred.

## Description

* Lead MES solution architecture, design, and implementation.
 * Conduct customer workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution reviews.
 * Define MES integration, deployment, and multi-site rollout strategies.
 * Provide technical leadership, governance, and mentoring to project teams.
 * Support project planning, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
