## Description

* Unterstützung des Technikerteams bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen unter direkter Absprache mit dem Vertrieb
 * Technische Kundenberatung überwiegend per Fernzugriff und gelegentlich vor Ort
 * Hardware- und Softwaretesting für die Bildverarbeitungssysteme
 * Erstellung individueller Machbarkeitsstudien unter Anpassung an den Kundenanforderungen
 * Technische Dokumentation der Bildverarbeitungssysteme
 * Ansprechpartner für internationale Lieferanten
 * Teilnahme an Kundenveranstaltungen sowie technischen Schulungen
