## Description

* Build, configure and prepare laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile devices.
 * Enrol and configure devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
 * Follow documented customer build standards, security requirements and deployment procedures.
 * Test devices and complete quality-assurance checks before dispatch.
 * Install, configure and validate customer-specific applications.
 * Ensure devices meet Workplace IT and customer security standards.
 * Package equipment securely and prepare it for collection and delivery.
 * Maintain accurate build, configuration and testing records.
 * Assist with stock control, goods-in processing and asset management.
 * Support Provisioning with change-management and provisioning tickets when build workloads allow.
 * Work with Service Desk, Projects and Customer Success on deployments.
 * Help improve build, testing and deployment processes.
