## Description

* Requirements Engineering: elicitation with subdivisions and countries; challenging input; specification of functional and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria
 * Technology scouting (e.g. agentic AI) and cooperation with AI, OT and IT vendors and internal stakeholders
 * Project planning and delivery: PoC, MVP development, roll-out design, scaling across countries, success reporting
 * Digital workplace: tool evaluation, hands-on implementation, testing, user training, focusing on Microsoft 365 Power Platform solutions
 * Robotics and OT: identification of improvement potentials, business case development, enabling the connection of testing equipment to the LIMS (laboratory information management system); increasing automation level through digital interfaces and physical robotics solutions
 * AI enablement: trainings with the countries, business case development, expert validation of results
 * Digital Innovation portfolio and roadmap owner: screening, evaluation, consolidation and tracking of ideas and their further development with idea owners
 * Functional leadership of a small team
