## About the Role

* Experience in IT support, technical support or a help desk role is useful.
 * Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking concepts including TCP, and software troubleshooting is desirable.
 * Knowledge of macOS, Linux, SCCM, VPNs, firewalls, DNS and computer hardware is an advantage.
 * Strong communication, customer service and analysis skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.

## Description

Your impact: By resolving technical issues promptly, you help colleagues stay productive and maintain access to the tools they need., * Deliver IT support and desktop support through a help desk, providing clear, courteous customer service.

 * Troubleshoot software, computer hardware and operating systems, including Windows, macOS and Linux.
 * Support computer networking across LAN and TCP/IP environments; assist with VPN, firewall and DNS issues.
 * Administer Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory, and support Microsoft Office and SCCM.
 * Record, analyse and track incidents using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or BMC Remedy, communicating updates clearly.
