## About the Role

* Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Governance or Data Management.
 * Proven consulting experience within complex transformation programs.
 * Track record in the banking sector.
 * Experience with regulatory frameworks and initiatives such as BCBS239/RDARR.
 * Solid understanding of: Data Management & Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Metadata Management & Metamodels, Data Lineage (Technical & Business), Risk Reporting Frameworks
 * Understanding of how these capabilities contribute to regulatory compliance and sustainable risk management practices.
 * Understanding of Finance & Risk KRI's and basic knowledge of FINREP and COREP.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience advising senior management.
 * Familiarity with data catalog and governance tools, such as Collibra, Precisely, Informatica or other is considered a strong plus.
 * Languages: Fluent in English and French, with professional proficiency in Dutch.

## Description

* Develop and implement Data Governance/Data Quality frameworks and operating models
 * Support organisations in meeting regulatory requirements, including frameworks such as BCBS239/RDARR.
 * Improve Data Quality Management, Metadata Management, Technical and Business Lineage, and Data Steward/Ownership.
 * Define governance processes, roles, and responsibilities.
 * Conduct maturity assessments, gap analyses, and develop improvement roadmaps.
 * Advise and engage stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Compliance, and IT.
