* Experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect for 5+ years.
 * Background in software development.
 * Experience with European enterprise clients.
 * Strong AWS and/or Azure experience.
 * Strong architectural documentation skills.
 * Experience in at least three of the following domains: FinTech, Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, AI/ML, or Data Platforms.
 * Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
 * Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to drive architectural decisions and take responsibility for outcomes.
 * Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate and above.
 * Level of German - from Upper-Intermediate and above.
