## About the Role

Do you have experience in AI?, * At least 3 years of professional experience in audit, in an insurance/finance function (e.g. UW, Claims, Finance, Risk, IT) or as a consultant or equivalent* Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen with empathy for the auditee's perspective is required* Fluent English (verbal and written) is required, basic German language skills are a plus* A self-motivation and a proactive and committed working style, as well as the ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures* Ideally you will have a University Degree in economics, business administration, information technology, mathematics or equivalent * Audit certifications (CIA, CPA, CISA) or other certifications (e.g. CFA) would be beneficial* Strong intellectual and analytical skills and solid understanding of processes, structures, and regulatory environment for the Insurance industry* You bring a strong digital mindset and feel
comfortable working with data, modern technologies, and platforms in a fast-paced online insurance environment, including experience with AI, data analytics and interpretation, and an understanding of IT general controls

## Description

As a Senior Auditor at Allianz Direct, you will join a dynamic Internal Audit team, taking ownership of independently assessing the design and effectiveness of our internal control system and identifying areas for improvement. As an Insurance/PC generalist with strong Digital acumen, particularly in AI and Data Analytics, you will gain valuable insights into our products and technology while continuously developing your skills. You will lead and support audit projects across multiple functions and international branches, working at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation.
Solid insurance and digital skills coupled with strong emotional intelligence and uncompromised integrity is fundamental to each auditor's success. Allianz Direct Internal Audit is seeking candidates who are bold thinkers with entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to continuous learning., * Conduct and lead audit assignments through full audit cycle including planning, fieldwork, reporting and follow up* Comply with relevant audit policies and standards * Transforming with technology, further enhance audit process and deepen audit insights through the use and implementation of DA and AI* Assist in the maintenance of a dynamic audit universe, incorporating emerging risks and significant changes to the business in the annual risk assessment process * Keep abreast of industry and product specific developments and reflect relevant risks / controls in the audit execution* Monitor and report on the implementation and status of action plans and conduct substantive tests of compliance, as necessary* Support management team on formulating trends and key thematic messages during year-end audit result aggregation * Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, at all levels and control functions* Develop strong business acumen and bring value adding
services to internal clients * Promote Direct Internal Audit as a competent and trusted business partner and live the Allianz values
