You'll bring: * Strong expertise across Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, networking and infrastructure operations. * Experience leading managed service providers, supplier relationships and technology budgets. * A deep understanding of service management, operational resilience, disaster recovery and technology governance. * The ability to stay calm under pressure, lead through incidents and make sound commercial decisions. * Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively from technical teams through to executive leadership. ## Description At Personal Group, technology is at the heart of how we support our customers, colleagues and communities.
