## About the Role

* Proven experience working in VIP support, Executive Support, Service Desk or similar
 * Must have experience working within financial services, ideally in the past 3 years'
 * Experience providing VIP / white-glove support, ideally within front-office or trading floor environments.
 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * The tech stack covers the following: Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook/Exchange, iOS, macOS, Citrix/VDI, Intune/Autopilot, Teams/Zoom, or Bloomberg/Refinitiv/Eikon.

## Description

You will provide white-glove IT support to senior executives and front-office users, delivering a highly responsive and professional service in a fast-paced banking environment., * Provide VIP / executive support via remote, telephone and face-to-face deskside support.

 * Support Managing Directors, senior executives and front-office users.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve incidents quickly, prioritising according to business impact.
 * Support remote and hybrid working technologies.
 * Assist with the deployment of new applications, devices and hardware.
 * Maintain excellent communication and customer service when supporting senior stakeholders.
