## Description

NCIA requires an experienced Penetration Tester to support cybersecurity testing, security assessments and NATO military exercises.

The role focuses on web application and infrastructure penetration testing, network security, vulnerability assessment and security consultancy. The contractor will also support Red/Blue Team activities and advise NATO stakeholders on security risks and remediation.

Role Duties and Responsibilities

 * Lead or participate in Red Team and Blue Team activities during NATO military exercises.
 * Conduct penetration testing of web applications, IT infrastructure and applications.
 * Assess security vulnerabilities in operating systems, software, networks and protocols.
 * Review security designs to ensure compliance with NATO policies and directives.
 * Provide cybersecurity consultancy and recommendations to projects and technical teams.
 * Evaluate security risks and recommend mitigation measures.
 * Research and assess security technologies and products.
 * Prepare structured penetration testing reports, including technical findings, executive summaries and remediation plans.
 * Present security assessment results to technical teams, executives and senior military leadership.
 * Collaborate with the NCIA Configuration Control Board, Security Accreditation Boards and NATO Security Accreditation Authorities.
 * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and the Head of the Penetration Testing Cell.
