 * Durchführung regelmäßiger Wartungsarbeiten sowie Unterstützung bei Rollout- und IT-Projekten
 * Anwenderbetreuung und Unterstützung bei technischen Problemen und Anfragen
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen im Ticketsystem
