 * 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Services or a similar specialist role.
 * Experience leading improvement initiatives and projects.
 * Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
 * Experience working with various HR systems.
 * The ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Experience with HR M&A and integration activities is a plus.

 * Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Working across multiple countries and with stakeholders from HR, Payroll, Legal and Finance, you'll help create a consistent and engaging employee experience while supporting business growth. And that is not all. In this job we can rely on you if you;
