Ihre Aufgaben als IT Operations & Project Specialist (m/w/d):

 * Betreuung und Support unserer Anwender im 1st- und 2nd-Level
 * Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten und eigenständige Umsetzung von Teilprojekten
 * Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender IT-Systeme und Prozesse
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Microsoft 365, Intune)
 * Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung (z.B. Active Directory)
 * Verwaltung von Endgeräten und mobilen Arbeitsplätzen
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie nachhaltige Problemlösungen
 * Monitoring und Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT-Betriebs
 * Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der IT-Prozesse
