* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation

 * Freude an direktem Kontakt mit Anwendern und an der Lösung technischer Probleme

## Description

* Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen und Störungen im 1st-Level-Support
 * Durchführung von Onsite-Support für unsere Anwender
 * Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Tickets über unsere Helpdesk-Software
 * Unterstützung bei Einrichtung, Austausch und Betreuung von Notebooks, PCs, mobilen Geräten, Druckern und Peripherie
 * Installation und Unterstützung von Standardsoftware nach definierten Vorgaben
 * Erste Fehleranalyse bei Client-, Software-, Netzwerk-, Benutzer- und Hardwareproblemen
 * Strukturierte Eskalation komplexerer Themen an die zuständigen IT-Spezialisten
 * Unterstützung bei Benutzer-Onboarding, Offboarding und Standardprozessen
 * Pflege der Wissensdatenbank sowie von Anleitungen und Support-Dokumentationen
 * Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Client-Migrationen, Umzügen und IT-Projekten
