 * Implementierung und Integration neuer Lösungen zur Optimierung der Infrastruktur
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Endgeräten (PCs, Laptops, Tablets, Smartphones)
 * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Windows 11 Releases und neuen Features
 * Unterstützung bei der Administration von M365 Apps, Teams, OneDrive und Entra ID
 * Verwaltung von Softwarebereitstellungen, Updates, Patches und Softwarepaketen
 * Mitarbeit in globalen IT-Projekten und Erstellung von Standards
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen zu Systemkonfigurationen und Prozessen
 * Unterstützung von Endbenutzern bei technischen Problemen
 * Analyse und Lösung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
