 * Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, experience with NestJS is a plus

## Description

* Own the end-to-end development of scalable backend services and integration solutions in a cloud-native environment in our Business Unit DX (IT)
 * Design, build, and maintain high-quality applications using Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, and Kafka
 * Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
 * Contribute to architectural decisions, solution design, and effort estimation for new features and services
 * Work with cross-functional teams and technical experts to successfully deliver complex software projects
 * Support engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and the promotion of engineering best practices
 * Ensure software quality, reliability, and scalability through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvement initiatives
