## About the Role

* University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field

 * At least 4 years of professional experience in an external strategy or management consulting firm, with demonstrated responsibility for complex transformation, digital, or AI projects across multiple clients

 * Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional projects involving business and technology stakeholders

 * Strong understanding of Digital, Data and AI use cases, including the challenges of implementation, scaling and value realization

 * Experience working with data platforms, digital products, AI solutions or technology-enabled business initiatives

 * Excellent project management skills, including planning, stakeholder management, risk management and delivery governance

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset

 * Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives as well as operational teams

 * Highly structured, proactive and results-oriented working style

 * Business fluent in German and English; Spanish is a plus

 * Experience in healthcare, regulated industries or large-scale international organizations is an advantage

 * Coordinate senior business and IT stakeholders across functions, countries and business segments

 * Develop project plans, manage dependencies and ensure successful delivery

 * Create transparency on progress, risks, budgets and business impact

 * Prepare decision materials and executive updates for senior management

 * Resolve implementation challenges and remove delivery roadblocks
