## About the Role

* University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related technical field
 * Several years of relevant industry experience
 * Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI systems
 * Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI
 * Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++
 * Experience designing AI platforms, automation solutions, and CI/CD workflows
 * Good understanding of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Azure and/or AWS
 * Strong background in embedded software, RTOS, and automotive software development
 * Knowledge of ASPICE, MISRA, ISO 26262, and ISO/SAE 21434 is highly desirable

## Description

We are seeking a Principal Engineer / AI Architect to drive AI-enabled transformation of embedded software development. You will architect and implement Multi-GenAI and agentic AI solutions across the Automotive software development lifecycle., * Define the architecture for AI-enabled embedded software engineering platforms

 * Design orchestration across LLMs, AI agents, and engineering tools
 * Integrate AI into requirements, architecture, coding, testing, validation, and documentation
 * Develop agentic solutions for code generation, testing, reviews, root-cause analysis, and workflow automation
 * Integrate AI workflows with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines
 * Apply AI to embedded, real-time, and safety-critical automotive software development
 * Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, traceable, and governed
 * Support engineering processes aligned with ASPICE, MISRA, ISO 26262, and ISO/SAE 21434
 * Provide technical leadership and drive adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices across teams
