* Installation und Wartung von Desktops, Notebooks, Druckern inkl. Peripherie im Raum Potsdam
 * Onsite Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung im Bereich Hard- und Software sowie Netzwerk
 * Annahme und Bearbeitung eingehender Serviceanfragen im Ticketsystem
 * Verantwortung der Einrichtung sowie Auf- und Abbau von Arbeitsplätzen
 * Einweisung der Anwender in die Systeme sowie die Daten- und Profilsicherung
