* Konsequenter Auf- und Ausbau des Unternehmensarchitektur-Managements der ALH Gruppe
 * Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Etablierung von Architekturprinzipien, Geschäftsfähigkeitsmodellen, Domänenmodellen, Geschäftsprozessmodellen und architekturellen Customer Journey Maps
 * Erstellen von IST-Bebauungen und Definition von Zielbildern der Architekturebenen und Umsetzungsroadmaps
 * Bewertung der aktuell eingesetzten sowie neu aufkommenden Technologien
 * Kompetenter Ansprechpartner in Fragen der Unternehmensarchitektur im Produkt- und Projektmanagement
 * Aktive Gestaltungs- und Einflussmöglichkeiten bei der Entwicklung strategischer Initiativen/Projekte
