## Description

* Du verantwortest die Administration und Konfiguration unserer Atlassian Cloud (Jira & Confluence) inklusive Projekte, Workflows und Berechtigungskonzepte.
 * Du betreust die Benutzerverwaltung und sorgst für strukturierte Rollen- und Zugriffsvergaben.
 * Du entwickelst unsere GitHub Umgebung weiter - von Repository-Strukturen über Branching-Strategien bis hin zu GitHub Actions.
 * Du integrierst Tools und Schnittstellen (z. B. zwischen Atlassian und GitHub) und treibst Automatisierung inkl. KI-Einsatz voran.
 * Du überwachst die Plattformnutzung und stellst durch Audits Stabilität, Sicherheit und Effizienz sicher.
 * Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale, berätst unsere Teams und arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Toollandschaft.
