 * Du lernst, wie man vernetzte Systeme installiert, z. B. Terminal-Server (Citrix, Virtualisierung und IT-Sicherheitssysteme)
 * Du erfährst, wie Störungen durch den Einsatz von Experten- und Diagnosesystemen behoben werden.
 * Du erlebst, wie man schnell die notwendige technische Unterstützung liefert, wenn die IT mal nicht läuft.
