 * Education and/or experience with process improvement techniques, change control and project management preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

 * Minimum of five years' experience in an IT or clinical supervisory position, with demonstrated proficiency in the management of multiple complex system implementations in a health care environment.
 * Demonstrated Total Quality Management, leadership, communication, organizational, and management skills.

## Description

Responsible for managing assigned IT resources in development and support of the revenue cycle, clinical, corporate and/or ancillary systems that form the basis of North Memorial Health Care's (NMHC) information systems. Directs, manages and coordinates staff resources and expertise to analyze business requirements and workflows in order to support, build, integrate and implement comprehensive integrated system solutions for IT customers, including data collection, data integration, data analysis, and data reporting. Ensure maximum utilization of technology and available resources while achieving approved fiscal expectations. Ensure optimum and timely application support consistent with organizational needs and resource allocation. Act as a resource to staff in utilization of technology and designing, developing, implementing and evaluating information systems.
