## About the Role

Epitec is seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer (Premium Senior Engineer) to provide technical leadership across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure-based enterprise solutions. This role is ideal for a senior technologist who combines deep hands-on development expertise with the ability to architect, guide, and deliver complex business applications that drive measurable business value.
The successful candidate will lead enterprise-scale initiatives involving Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, AI-powered business processes, integrations, and cloud technologies while mentoring development teams and establishing engineering best practices., * Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

 * 15+ years of progressive software engineering and enterprise application development experience.
 * Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, development, customization, and integration.
 * Proven success leading enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
 * Strong hands-on experience with:
 + Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
 + Microsoft Copilot Studio
 + C#
 + .NET / ASP.NET
 + JavaScript and/or TypeScript
 + Power Apps
 + Power Automate
 + Azure Functions
 + Azure Logic Apps

 * Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
 * Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, Copilots, and intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI technologies.
 * Drive implementation of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), grounding strategies, and AI evaluation methodologies.
 * Lead Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization, integration, and deployment efforts.
 * Provide technical leadership for:
