 * Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, and Blazor is advantageous.

 * A relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another STEM field, or substantial experience in software development.

## Description

* Promote teamwork and effective communication across all departments.
 * Develop modern database, service layer, and client application solutions using a range of .NET technologies.
 * Conduct code reviews and coach members of the software team.
 * Prioritise requirements in collaboration with the Head of Software Engineering.
 * Ensure project delivery stays on schedule and report any challenges or potential delays.
 * Mentor and contribute to the development of engineers within the Software Group.
 * Integrate with third-party vendors as required.
 * Propose and maintain an evolving software architecture for long-term progress.
 * Ensure code clarity and simplicity to support robustness and maintainability.
 * Collaborate with IT to improve version control, continuous integration, and testing processes.
 * Improve the DevOps environment to increase the delivery rate of high-quality products.
 * Keep up to date with new techniques, languages, and tools as required.
 * Respond promptly to user support requests according to priority.
 * Provide race support on a rotational basis.
 * Adhere to all engineering and business processes, as well as safety regulations.
