## About the Role

* Previous experience in IT deployment, desktop support or 2nd line support
 * Strong PC/laptop imaging and deployment experience
 * Good Windows desktop troubleshooting skills
 * Experience supporting hardware and applications
 * Experience working with IT ticketing systems
 * ServiceNow experience would be beneficial
 * Able to work 5 days per week onsite in Slough
 * Ideally immediately available or able to start at short notice

## Description

The role will primarily focus on PC and laptop deployment, including imaging, configuration and preparing hardware for users, alongside providing day-to-day 2nd line desktop support., * Imaging, building and configuring PCs and laptops

 * Deploying devices to end users
 * Receiving and unpacking IT equipment and hardware
 * Packing and shipping equipment to locations across the UK
 * Providing BAU 2nd line desktop support
 * Troubleshooting desktop, hardware and application issues
 * Managing and resolving support tickets using ServiceNow
 * Supporting a user base of approximately 250-300 users
