* First- und Second-Level Support für unsere Software BMS
 * Erfassung, Administration und Bearbeitung von Problemmeldungen, Hardwareanforderungen und Useranfragen
 * Begleitung der Anwender bei Anwendungsproblemen inkl. Remote-Unterstützung
 * Ausarbeitung und Pflege der internen und externen IT-Dokumentation
 * Fehleranalyse
 * Installationen, Konfigurationen unserer Software beim Kunden (remote)
