## Description

* Analyse von Kundenanforderungen sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in der IT-Landschaft
 * Unterstützung bei der Anpassung, Implementierung und kontinuierlichen Optimierung von IT-Lösungen entsprechend den Kundenbedürfnissen
 * Durchführung von Präsentationen der Key-Lösungen im Rahmen von Pre-Sales-Terminen für IT-Entscheider
 * Bereitstellung von Post-Sales-Support für Kunden und Partner, überwiegend remote sowie bei Bedarf vor Ort
 * Unterstützung interner Fachbereiche bei Fragestellungen zu eingesetzten Lösungen wie Microsoft Windows, Office 365 und CRM-Systemen
 * Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung eines Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems nach ISO 27001:2022
