 * Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Management und IT
 * Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, sowie analytisches Denken
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse

## Description

* Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von internen IT-Projekten sowohl mit klassischem Projektmanagementansatz als auch mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum
 * Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Auswahl, Optimierung und Einführung von IT-Lösungen zur technischen Abbildung und Automatisierung von Prozessen
 * Konzeptionieren und Programmieren von kundenspezifischer Software auf Basis unseres hauseigenen SW-Toolkits
