 * Betreuung von Microsoft 365 (z. B. Outlook, Teams, Copilot)
 * Einführung einfacher digitaler Arbeitsabläufe
 * Unterstützung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen
 * Einrichtung und Pflege von Arbeitsplätzen, Benutzer- und Zugriffsrechten
 * Unterstützung beim sinnvollen Einsatz von KI-Funktionen (z. B. Microsoft Copilot)
 * Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden für Datenschutz und sicheren KI-Einsatz
 * Datensicherung und Schutz der Unternehmensdaten
