## About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys turning real user problems into useful software and owning features from idea to release and beyond., * At least two years of professional software engineering experience

 * Experience building and shipping web applications
 * Willingness to work across frontend, backend and infrastructure
 * A strong user and product focus
 * Comfort working with imperfect knowledge and changing requirements
 * A preference for rapid prototyping and iteration over extensive upfront planning
 * Ability to balance delivery speed, maintainability, scalability, and technical quality
 * Confidence using AI-assisted development tools and experience building AI-powered software
 * Prior experience with AWS and infrastructure as code
 * Professional fluency in English
 * German language skills are a significant advantage since the valuation business is in German

## Description

You will work across both frontend and backend, building both customer-facing features and appraisal tools. You will collaborate with other engineers, product experts, UX-research and our in-house appraisers, to understand problems, validate ideas, and get quick feedback.
We are a small, collaborative team that values initiative, fast learning, and pragmatic delivery. Experimenting with AI is highly encouraged, both as part of your development workflow and when building new product capabilities.
