## About the Role

* Strong Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022 administration experience
 * VMware vSphere, ESXi, or vCenter management experience
 * Relevant networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
 * Infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting experience
 * Backup and recovery technologies experience
 * PowerShell scripting and automation experience
 * Ability to commute to our London office on a hybrid basis

## Description

* Deliver 3rd line infrastructure support across our business
 * Provision, administer, and support Windows Server environments
 * Administer our VMware infrastructure, including virtual machines and storage capacity management
 * Monitor infrastructure performance, investigate alerts, and resolve incidents
 * Apply OS patches, remediate vulnerabilities, and manage antivirus protection
 * Monitor backups, perform restore testing, and support disaster recovery activities
 * Manage user access, server certificates, and core infrastructure services
 * Implement approved infrastructure changes and maintain technical documentation
 * Develop PowerShell scripts and automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency
