## About the Role

* Proven ability to lead technical quality through code reviews, design feedback, mentoring, and shared ownership.
 * Advance skills in software engineering principles, including object-oriented design and microservices architecture.
 * Strong grasp of design patterns, clean code practices, and writing maintainable, scalable software.
 * Hands-on experience in Java, Spring boot and experience in development on Test Automation Framework implementations using Junit 5 and JBehave.
 * Experience using AI engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or M365 Copilot to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and debugging while maintaining human review and responsible-use standards.
 * Hands-on experience building, testing, and optimizing AI agents , utilizing modern LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel).
 * Strong expertise in prompt engineering , including advanced techniques (few-shot prompting, Chain-of-Thought, ReAct frameworks) to ensure deterministic, safe, and accurate model outputs.
 * Must be keen on maintaining product quality.
 * Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
 * Familiarity with SDLC processes and Agile Methodologies
 * Proficient with Git or similar version control systems.

Additional preferred skills:

 * Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Web Services, SQL, and/or Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, DevContainers), Redis, Kafka
 * Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices.
 * Experience with Git, and Jenkins
 * Experience working with code coverage and health reporting tools such as Sonar

 * Facilitate internal technical support for your team's projects to achieve successful production deployment
 * Support the creation and maintenance of internal technical documentation
