## About the Role

* Completed technical or vocational training in metalworking, machining or a comparable technical field.
 * A further qualification as a master craftsman, technician or engineer would be an advantage.
 * Practical experience in CNC machining, particularly milling and turning.
 * Experience with complex mill-turn or multi-task machines, including multiple channels, turrets, sub-spindles or B-axis configurations, would be an advantage.
 * Knowledge of Swiss-style machining is desirable but not essential.
 * Experience using a CAM programming system. Previous GibbsCAM or Virtual Gibbs experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
 * Good computer skills and confidence using the Windows operating system.
 * An independent, responsible and structured approach to work.
 * Strong customer orientation, communication skills and ability to work effectively within an international team.
 * Flexibility and willingness to travel. Fluent German and professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

## Description

You will work closely with our customers, sales organization and international technical support teams., * Deliver GibbsCAM training courses at our Ettlingen office, at customer sites and through remote web sessions.

 * Act as a key technical contact for customers using GibbsCAM and Virtual Gibbs.
 * Provide technical consulting and application support for the programming of complex components.
 * Assist customers with milling, turning and multi-task machining applications.
 * Support customers by phone, email and web-based communication channels.
 * Share practical knowledge and best practices in CNC machining.
 * Contribute to the continuous improvement of training concepts, technical documentation and training materials. Work closely with the German sales team and the international GibbsCAM support organization.
