## About the Role

* A successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, fluid technology or a comparable technical qualification with relevant further training
 * Several years' professional experience in design, development or plant engineering
 * Experience in project management, ideally combined with existing leadership skills in managing staff
 * Proficiency in using modern CAD and ERP systems
 * A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
 * Strong communication and organisational skills
 * Good written and spoken German and English, This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Werdohl, Germany. You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.

## Description

* Planning, managing and prioritising development and customer projects
 * Design and development of bespoke hydraulic systems and installations
 * Responsibility for the technical preparation of quotations and feasibility studies
 * Development of innovative solutions for demanding customer requirements
 * Supporting the standardisation and modularisation of system solutions
 * Close collaboration with Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Assembly and Quality Assurance
 * Managing client projects from requirements analysis through to commissioning
 * Contributing to the further development of development processes, methods and standards
 * Supporting the introduction of new technologies and digital development methods
 * Acting as the point of contact for technical enquiries within the company, as well as for clients and suppliers
