## Description

* Managing IT support, Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and Windows Server.
 * Maintaining IT infrastructure, networks, hardware and business applications.
 * Managing IT assets, equipment and user onboarding/offboarding.
 * Liaising with external IT suppliers and service providers.
 * Supporting ISO 27001 documentation and compliance.
 * Coordinating office facilities, access control and maintenance.
 * Maintaining client/project records and operational reports.

The role has also some facilities and office management tasks as well as client administration and business support ones.
