Your Responsibilities
As a Product Sourcing Manager at Advantest, you play a central role at the interface between Procurement, R&D, Product Engineering, and Project Management. You are responsible for both the strategic and operational sourcing throughout the entire product development process - from the initial concept to market introduction.
Your key responsibilities include:
Managing the New Product Introduction (NPI) process within Procurement, from the first prototypes to series production, including active ramp-up management during the market launch phase Support the further development and ensure implementation of our supply chain strategies in NPI projects Ensuring cost efficiency and on-time availability throughout the product development and introduction process and support our technical colleagues on the commercial aspects of quality of our products Conducting proactive risk analysis and mitigation within the supply chain Coordinating and leading interdisciplinary project teams Communicating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers across all organizational levels
